- “You”, “your” refers to the customer
- “Products” means the items offered for sale on our website
- “Website” means www.scandinest.com

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Unwanted Returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return postage costs
- Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected
Please note: personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Faulty Returns
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement
- A repair (where appropriate), or
- A full refund
Return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
7. Ownership & Risk
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the Products remains with us until full payment has been received.
8. Price & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, business or opportunity
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
