1. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

2. Unwanted Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • You are responsible for return postage costs

  • Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected

Please note: personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.


3. Faulty Returns

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair (where appropriate), or

  • A full refund

Return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
