Are scandiblocks toys?
Whilst we adore seeing your blocks being used in your little ones rooms/space, the blocks are not toys and should be handled with care to prevent scratching or denting. We like to think of the blocks as room decor.
I'm stuck on what colours to choose....?
Stress no more. We have a purpose built section on all block product pages that allows you to play around with the colours next to each other. Alternatively, feel free to DM or email us, or have a scroll through our feed to view some of our customers choices.
What doodle blocks do you offer?
All doodle blocks are totally commission-based, so please leave in the notes section what doodle you would like. If I have any problems, I will contact you via the details you leave at checkout. Similarly, if you have an idea feel to DM me on instagram or via hello@scandinest.co.uk
What are detail blocks?
Detail blocks are the perfect keepsake, they include your little ones date of birth, time of birth, their birth weight and a heart doodle (unless specified differently in the notes section on the product page). Please ensure you double check the details provided as personalised orders cannot be refunded.
How long does delivery take for blocks?
From the moment you place your scandiblocks order, we'll start working on it and we aim to get your order out within a 4 week turnaround.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Due to the nature of each block being painted to order, we can't offer next day dispatch, however we do offer a 'rush-through' option which can be chosen at checkout.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed. At this moment, we ship across the UK alongside Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand and UAE. We are constantly reviewing how we can expand our delivery to further countries so watch this space.
What shipping do you offer?
We offer a selection of shipping options. Our standard UK delivery option is 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail.
Can I track my order?
Of course. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details through the contact details you provided at checkout. If you would prefer your tracking through email, please ensure you leave your email address.
Can I have my purchase shipped to a friend/family member that I'm gifting to?
Firstly....they are very lucky to have you! Secondly, yes you absolutely can. When checking out, you will need to add your shipping address and your billing address. Simply make sure the shipping address is where you want the parcel to go and ensure your billing address matches the one on your payment method.
Don't forget, you can also add a gift note at the checkout page and we will ensure this is handwritten and added to your parcel.
Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer: a replacement, a repair (where appropriate), or a full refund.
Return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
Can I exchange an item?
All personalised products are not eligible for exchanges.
