Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 working days.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.


Delivery Method

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

This service aims to deliver your order within 2–3 working days from dispatch and includes tracking, which will be provided once your order has been sent.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods.


Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable delivery promotions will be shown at the time of ordering.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery.


Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost Parcels

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding the European Union and Northern Ireland.

International delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
