personalised orders containing our blocks are handmade to order and have a turn around time of 2-4 weeks. please note that if you purchase other items alongside your blocks, everything will be dispatched together once the blocks are ready.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
